Asus TUF505D - Terrible Warranty Customer Service. I decided to buy an Asus TUF505D, even though I do not game, because it has a lot of RAM & it's fast. I bought it in March 2020. While using it in July, the Power Adapter failed completely. The original purchase was through Amazon.

Talked to Asus customer service and they told me to update drivers. That didn’t do any trick. Then finally they agree to service my track pad. Sent it back and received it with a note that it was hardware issue. Now in less than 3 months time it’s gone same again.
